Ten lucky winners will get a set of two tickets, valued at $89, to the inaugural One Portales Festival on Saturday, October 18th from 1-9 pm at the Roosevelt Country Fairgrounds! The all-day music, beer and wine festival is combined with the annual Peanut Festival and will feature honky-tonk legend Mark Chesnutt, along with local opening acts Phil and the Phil Goods, Thomas Hinds, and Karson City Rebels Band.
